I help senior leaders lead with presence, clarity, and creative intelligence. My work blends strategy, somatic insight, and inclusive leadership to create cultures where diverse teams feel safe to think boldly, collaborate deeply, and innovate with confidence.

Introduction

For nearly 30 years, I’ve worked with key business leaders and senior teams as an executive coach, leadership development specialist, university business school lecturer, leadership learning consultant, and practising artist, grounding my practice in the intersection of creativity, embodiment, and inclusive leadership.

My work is rooted in the belief that leaders think, relate, and make decisions more clearly when they have space to slow down, feel into their experience, and reconnect with what matters. I bring a somatic, art‑informed, and relational approach to every conversation, creating the conditions for clarity, confidence, and meaningful connection, the foundations of inclusive leadership and the environments where innovation can flourish.

Professional Background

For more than a decade, I’ve supported senior leaders, emerging talent, and cross‑functional teams across sectors to navigate complexity with greater presence and purpose. Coming from a university business school executive education background, my practice draws on extensive research as well as experience in leadership development, organisational learning, and executive coaching, alongside training in embodied dialogue and somatic approaches to change.

I’ve worked with progressive organisations committed to equity, representation, and psychological safety, partnering with leaders and DEI teams to strengthen culture, deepen trust, and support sustainable performance. My background in creative strategy and facilitation also shapes the way I design and deliver development experiences: thoughtful, spacious, and grounded in real‑world application.


My Philosophy

I believe leadership is fundamentally relational. How we show up, in our bodies, our conversations, and our decisions, shapes the environments we create for others. Even being aware of the energy in our verbal and non verbal communication is becoming more important. My work centres on helping leaders cultivate clarity, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to stay connected to themselves and their teams, even in moments of pressure, uncertainty and conflicting viewpoints.

Psychological safety, inclusion, and embodied awareness sit at the heart of my approach. I support clients to explore what’s possible when they lead with humanity, curiosity, and courage, and when they create the conditions for others to do the same.

Creative Practice & The Cohesion Lab

Alongside my coaching work, I maintain an active creative practice exploring texture, light, and expressive materials and installations. This artistic process informs how I listen to and work with leaders, helping them understand how to connect with their own cultural elements in their organisations, offering a different way to understand complexity, coherence, and connection.

This inquiry sits at the centre of the Cohesion Lab: a space where creative process, somatic awareness, and leadership development meet. The Lab is where I explore new ways to help individuals and teams build alignment, deepen trust, and navigate change with greater fluidity and imagination. It’s an evolving part of my practice, a place for experimentation, reflection, and the development of new methodologies.
