Who I Work With

I work with boards, executive teams and leadership groups who are trying to move something important forward and they often find themselves saying things like:

How I Work

I help teams talk about what’s really getting in the way.

That might mean helping quieter people feel safe to contribute, supporting difficult conversations, improving how leaders work together, bringing clarity when priorities and responsibilities become blurred, or helping teams agree what they really need from one another.

My role is to help teams become more cohesive, focus on shared goals, work more effectively together, and make progress on what matters most.
