Many senior teams come to me with a sense that something isn’t quite landing across the organisation. It may be competing priorities, strategic drift, relational strain, identity tensions, or the pressure of leading across multiple geographies and cultures. The Cohesion Compass creates the conditions for leaders to think well together, speak honestly, and move forward with coherence and authority.
This is not a traditional leadership training programme. It is a deliberately crafted space where senior leaders step out of habitual patterns and into a more thoughtful, relational, and systemically aware way of working.

I shape the work around your organisation’s stage, pace, and global context. Every engagement begins with understanding what’s happening in your senior team, what’s emerging, and what you’re trying to move towards. My role is to create the conditions for clarity, cohesion, and shared direction to develop.
We’ll work together in a way that reflects your team’s dynamics and the realities of your organisation. The work is collaborative and grounded in what’s actually happening in the room; I guide the process, create reflective space, and support the group as insight and alignment take shape.
Depending on your context, the work may draw on inquiry and reflective dialogue, systems thinking, organisational pattern‑spotting, and practices that build psychological safety and relational maturity. We may also use creative or art‑based methods, including Artful Artefacts™, to explore culture in engaging, accessible ways. Alongside this, the work may include DEI‑aligned leadership behaviours, integration, sensemaking, and senior‑level executive reflection.

For organisations based outside London, this edition adapts to your location. My work has taken me to people across the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the USA, from Nigeria and Qatar to Palm Beach, Boston, Manchester, and beyond. For these engagements, travel time, accommodation, and associated expenses are added to the programme fee to reflect the realities of international delivery and the additional time commitments it often requires.
