The Cohesion Cover

Leadership Team Development for Start‑Ups & Charities

Based in West London and working with early‑stage teams and charities across the area.

For Start‑Ups, Founding Leadership Teams, and Small Charitable Organisations (Teams of 2–4)

A creative, reflective, and growth‑aware journey for new entrepreneurs, founders of start‑ups or CICs, and small business owners who want to connect, align, and lead with maturity from the very beginning.

Many founders arrive with a sense that something isn’t quite aligned. It might be stakeholder conflict, competitive behaviours, pace, identity, power imbalances, or the uncertainty that comes with building something new. The Cohesion Cover creates the conditions for people to think well together, speak honestly, and move forward with clarity and practical next steps.

This is not a generic off‑the‑shelf team development programme. It is a deliberately crafted space where founders and small charitable teams step out of habitual patterns and into a more thoughtful, relational way of working.

How We’ll Work Together

I shape the work around your organisation’s stage, pace, and the realities of early‑stage growth. Every engagement begins with understanding what’s happening in your founding or leadership team, what’s emerging, and what you’re trying to move towards. My role is to create the conditions for clarity, cohesion, and shared direction to develop.

We’ll work together in a way that reflects your team’s dynamics and the realities of your organisation. The work is collaborative and grounded in what’s actually happening in the room; I guide the process, create reflective space, and support the group as insight and alignment take shape.

Depending on your context, the work may draw on inquiry and reflective dialogue, systems thinking, organisational pattern‑spotting, and practices that build psychological safety and relational maturity. We may also use creative or art‑based methods, including Artful Artefacts™, to explore culture in engaging, accessible ways. Alongside this, the work may include DEI‑aligned leadership behaviours, integration, sensemaking, and senior‑level executive reflection.

The structure, rhythm, and depth of the work adapt to your needs, whether that’s a focused intervention, a series of sessions, or a longer‑term partnership. Nothing is off‑the‑shelf; everything is shaped with you

Pathways Into the Work

Teams arrive at this work from different places, with different histories, dynamics, and levels of readiness. These pathways offer three ways to begin, each meeting your team where it is now and supporting the kind of shift you’re looking for, whether that’s clarity, alignment, or deeper transformation over time.

I can help you identify the right starting point.

Shorter sessions (45 minutes and 3 hours) can be delivered virtually. Full‑day programmes are in‑person, with virtual follow‑up available after longer multi‑day engagements.

If something here resonates and you’d like to ask a question, I’d love to hear from you.

For teams based in West London, I offer a simple in‑person option that brings the work directly to you.
